Self Tanner
Best face self tanner
I've been using this face self tanner pretty religiously for a while and it's seriously THE BEST because it doesn't dry my face out! It has hyaluronic acid so it's actually good for my face, and it's also earned the very highest star rating on Sephora's site for tanning drops! I just add some of this serum to my face at night and wake up with a perfectly even glowy face.
Best body self tanner
I also mentioned in this post that I wanted to try this hyaluronic acid self-tanner for body and oh my gosh, I AM IN LOVE. It works SO well to extend your tan and I only have to use it a couple times for my tan to last more like 10 days instead of the standard 7 I was getting before. I just apply it once right after the shower on about day 5 after my last self-tan, and then again around day 7 or 8. It's hydrating, doesn't smell weird, doesn't get on your clothes. It's absolutely amazing and worth all your pennies.
Biossance Skincare
I've used the Biossance skincare for a while and have been super happy with it! Biossance utilizes a lot of Squalane in their skincare, but you may be asking “what exactly IS that?!” This fatty molecule maintains hydration, adds antioxidant power, AND balances oil production! It’s basically the superhero of skincare and is perfect for any skin type!
Squalene + Probiotic Gel Moisturizer
The Squalene + Probiotic Gel Moisturizer has the best tingly feeling! It's so lightweight, which is great if you aren't used to heavy creams but still want all the moisture benefits!
Squalane + Marine Algae Eye Cream
The Squalane + Marine Algae eye cream is super hydrating! I LOVE the texture and it wears beautifully under concealer as well. It reduces the look of fine lines and wrinkles and is perfect for day and night!
Squalane + Omega Repair Cream
Squalane + Omega Repair Cream from Biossance is the rich night cream of your dreams! It utilizes good fats to replenish your moisture barrier and add a suppleness you can't help but feel!
Tea Tree Balancing Oil
Tea Tree Balancing Oil is great for spot-treating or for an all-over treatment on any type of skin! It is especially helpful for acne-prone skin because it banishes bacteria and calms inflammation. I love using this when I need extra purifying in my regime!
Remember with any skincare line, to layer the products with the smallest molecules first (serums, etc.) and seal it all in with the largest molecules (moisturizers and creams)!!
Hydro Grip primer
I had a travel-sized one of this MILK primer for over a year and LOVED it. You only need a little bit, so it lasts FOREVER!
Even the girl working at Sephora told me that this is the very best primer in Sephora and that everyone who works there considers it their holy grail product! She also said that no matter what foundation you have, you MUST start with this primer! It will make your foundation last for hours and hours in extreme conditions and still look pristine!
YSL All Hours concealer
This YSL All Hours concealer in one word: perfection. Did I get 9 hours of sleep last night? Did my child wake up wanting to play at 5AM? Hmmm I don't know because this concealer is really that amazing! It hides the dark circles and brightens everything up. It's like a version of pixie dust for tired mamas everywhere haha!
Giorgio Armani Luminous Silk foundation
This Giorgio Armani Luminous Silk premium foundation is stellar. It is SO hard to find a deal on this stuff because it is literally magic! It feels so weightless, yet gives an unbelievable amount of coverage (I wear shade number 7)!
The BEST setting powders
This Charlotte Tilbury setting powder has been one of my favorites for a while now! It's definitely my top choice for a compact that I can easily take anywhere. Be sure to go LIGHTER in your color choice, as it's meant to be more of translucent powder! The hand-feel of this product is so silky, and I love the way it sets my concealer and foundation!
I just tried THIS brand new honey setting powder and it is next level PERFECTION. Literally the best setting powder I've ever tried in my life – period. I haven't used anything else since discovering it!
Go-to blush
This liquid blush in orgasm (sorry the name is so awk!) is the one I've used more than any other over the years! It looks good on EVERYONE, it's a shimmery coral that just gives your cheeks the perfect amount of pop and I always get compliments when I wear it. The liquid formula lasts ALL DAY because it's more like a stain than just a powder that could rub off!
Favorite highlight palette
This highlight palette has been a go-to fave for a few years now too, and I just keep using it and it keeps on lasting me forever!! I use butterscotch on the tip of my nose and stardust on the tops of my cheeks!
Rose Gold REMASTERED eyeshadow palette
The Huda Beauty Rose Gold Palette is stunning! I love the warm tones, pinky-golds, and cranberry hues! I keep wearing this palette over and over because it's so EASY to create amazing combos that work for day or night. Plus you get 18 eyeshadows for only $65!! The shades in this Nude palette are also gorgeous!
IT Cosmetics Brow Power
This universal brow pencil is a great alternative to my Anastasia Brow Wiz! I love that the color can work for anyone and that it is buildable! It’s super creamy so you have to use a light hand with it, but it’s so easy to apply and gives great color pay off!
IT Cosmetics Superhero mascara
IT Cosmetics Superhero mascara is one of my top three favorite mascaras!! I love how gentle yet lengthening it is, and that I can even use it on top of my lash extensions! It's gentle enough that it washes off super easily, but it really gives you SUPER DRAMATIC lengthening and thickening, making every little lash POP.
Prettiest lipstick
This YSL lipstick is one of the very prettiest lipsticks I own, and EVERY time I wear it in my stories, I get quizzed about what it is! My go-to shade is 44 which is a perfect pink-nude!
Skin Mist
I've seen this gold setting spray on a few YouTube channels and tried it myself and it. is. AMAZING. This setting spray really sets your makeup for the whole day, hydrates your face after all your makeup applications, and the gold flecks are just the icing on the cake. This bottle lasted me SOOO long. It's a little bit of a splurge item, but I'm not apologizing because it's 100% worth the hype!
All-nighter setting spray
I also LOVE and swear by this setting spray! It's what I used on my IGTV tutorial a few months back and I've been using it for YEARS. It does such a good job ensuring your makeup will stay all day, and it's a lot more affordable than the above setting spray!
