Corrine StokoeFebruary is the month of LOVE, so for this next merch drop I really wanted to do something love themed. Not just romantic falling-in-love kind of love, but the truest form of love.
Today I'm sharing the drop of our SECOND sweatshirt in the Mint Arrow Messages merch collection! This line's all about making clothing and accessories that are cute and stylish AND that make you feel good inside. We hope this merch can inspire you to find confidence, happiness, and a meaningful life.
I'm so so excited to finally show you our “LOVE IS” sweatshirt, and the why behind it!
The story behind “LOVE IS”
This sweatshirt revolves around this bible verse that I first saw as I was watching A Walk to Remember – if you’re into cheesy chick flicks and haven’t seen it, it’s a MUST. (And perfect timing – last week was actually the 20th year anniversary of A Walk to Remember!)
The verse that rattled my heart in 2002 and still does now, comes from the New International Version of the bible which says:
“Love is patient, love is kind. It does not envy, it does not boast, it is not proud. It does not dishonor others, it is not self-seeking, it is not easily angered, it keeps no record of wrongs. Love does not delight in evil but rejoices with the truth. It always protects, always trusts, always hopes, always perseveres. Love never fails.”
I LOVE this scripture. It's a beautiful reminder to love. To love others. And to love yourself! I thought it would make for the perfect “love” themed sweatshirt to release near Valentine’s Day – but one that can be worn all year round, too.
When I unboxed and saw this sweatshirt for the first time my heart was SO happy because the message was exactly where I was wanting to go with this.

Whether for your Valentine, galentine, or yourself, this sweatshirt's the perfect gift! Although women will mostly wear it, it’s gender neutral and is meant for anyone, any age.
It runs a little bit on the fitted size, but not as fitted as the Miracles Happen sweatshirt. In the pictures you see here I'm wearing a medium, but if I wanted a more oversized look I’d wear a large – so order true to size for normal fit, or order one size up for an oversized look! With 80% cotton and 20% polyester, this sweatshirt has that new, soft sweatshirt feel on the inside, a durable finish that won't pill easily on the outside, and extra long sleeves making the perfect sweatshirt ALL AROUND.
Throw it on after a workout, pair it with leggings for Saturday morning errands, or add jeans for brunch with your girlfriends. You seriously could wear this sweatshirt for any occasion, it’s so versatile! It's a medium weight so it keeps you warm, but it's not a heavy weight that will make you sweat. I'm obsessed with every detail of it!
Right now we have sizes S-2XL, but are hoping to expand to more sizes for future drops. Due to supply chain issues, we're more limited to what we can get our hands on. But we're excited for the future and to continue to bring you more products that make your heart feel good.
