Corrine Stokoetoday i'm showing you guys two of my favorite looks from the nordstrom anniversary sale in the men's department! like i explained in my post with a couple of cute women's outfits from the nordstrom sale, i wanted to do this because it's sometimes hard to envision what something will really look like from just a stock photo.
we used the same shoe in both outfits because first of all, it's my favorite men's shoe of the nordstrom anniversary sale, and second, i love that it goes with dressy or casual outfits so well. versatility is key when dressing a picky man like mine. speaking of versatility, the belt he's wearing here is a double sided belt – black on one, brown on the other. talk about getting bang for your buck!
my goal with shopping the nordstrom anniversary sale with neil was to replace some of his outdated baggy jeans, affliction shirts (i know!!!), shoes from the 90s and belt that was fraying and falling apart. i think we did really well with a couple of pieces that he can use for work and on the weekends, and i LOVE that i finally got him into some skinny-ish pants. the nordstrom anniversary sale is the optimal opportunity to update some staple wardrobe pieces without totally breaking the bank and still getting things that are new for THIS season.
