  4. Hi Corrine,
    I ordered your same boots (posted in the pic) the last time you posted a FRYE sale through Amazon. I got them but, they are too big. It says I can exchange them but, I am not sure how. When I go into returns/replace it just shows the option to get a refund. I still want them just need a smaller size. Can you help? Thanks, Emilie
