Hi! It’s actually not a 60% discount. It’s 40% off the price, then an additional 20% off the discounted price.
So for a $10 item, it would be 40% off (total $6), then 20% off the $6 (total $4.80). At 60% it would be $4.00, so it’s incorrect to say it’s 60% total.
