Everyone has their vices, their addictions, their hidden hoarding habits. And one of mine happens to be stroller hoarding. You guys, I can’t help but say YES to a new stroller! Especially one this cute.
So when Stokke asked if I wanted to try out the new Stokke scoot stroller it was like offering a 3 year old an entire bag of marshmallows. Duhhhhh, YES!!!! But I don’t just love that this stroller is ridiculously cute. It’s got some functionality that I’m pretty impressed with. And I’m not impressed easily by any stroller!
First of all, the glide of the Stokke scoot stroller is UNBELIEVABLE. It glides like a freaking dream. A DREAM! So smooth I almost feel like I’m not pushing anything! And that includes when Anabelle is riding in it, not just our little peanut Lyla. We took this to fashion week and it took on even the roughest, most uneven NYC sidewalks like a boss.outfit details: buon giorno tee // gray denim // pink hunters
It has a really big undercarriage basket – a huge deal to a mom of two! The seat height is tall enough for my very tall almsot 3YO Anabelle, but it also reclines fully so Lyla took some great naps in it while we were strolling around the big apple. We loved using the scoot softbag for Lyla to nap in too – it really did create the perfect little bed for her to sleep in! If you’re a city mom or someone who plans on strolling a lot with the actual seat and a small baby (under 6 mo) I highly recommend it!
If you’re more of a suburban parent, the nuna pipa also fit perfect into the stroller with the car seat attachments. We also took these to the city with us and it made jumping in and out of a cab or uber super easy with the stroller to just click the car seat right into the frame! The seat literally comes out and you click the car seat directly into the frame, which I greatly prefer over a stroller that has an attachment that sits inside of a seat.
And now that we’re back in sunny Southern California we’ve taken the Stokke Scoot along with us to Disneyland a couple of times now! It’s so nice that it has a one-hand fold for getting on and off the tram, I can wear Lyla in my Solly wrap while Ani rides in the stroller, or switch and have Lyla sit or sleep in the stroller while Ani runs around the park and gets all her energy out!
The Stokke scoot stroller isn’t cheap, but it is on sale here right now in black! And as much as I absolutely love the pink, if I didn’t have two girls in a row I would maybe opt for black since it’s a bit more gender neutral 😉
And now finally for these BOOTIES that I mentioned in my title post. They are the BOMB DIGGITY of all booties!!! Seriously these booties belong in your fall wardrobe. I already wore them in one outfit post, and don’t you be surprised when I keep wearing them over and over.
I had my mom try them on last week while I was in Utah and trust me, she’s the pickiest when it comes to shoe comfort. Her response: “wow these ARE really comfortable!”
I can do an entire Disney day in these suckers. And that’s saying something.
One more thing. Gray on gray. It’s a thing. Next time you need a no-brainer outfit, do it.
