the best basics - ON SALE!

some of the best basics from the nordstrom anniversary sale are still available and i'm honestly kind of shocked that they are! i tried all this stuff on at the presale and loved it so much that i scooped it up, took it home, and made a little outfit out of it all.

these fringe booties are sooooo comfy and SO cute in person! i tried all the colors and this putty suede combo was my fave because the wood contrasts so nicely against the suede! they're the type of bootie you could wear all day long and not have achy feet after. and we all need a pair of those.

i was super torn about which hobo wallet i wanted. if you're an avid reader of my blog you KNOW i'm obsessed with the hobo lauren clutch as the best wallet on the planet! huge pockets, magnetic center closure, two super generous pouches on each side, card holders and a clear ID spot in the middle, even MORE card holders in one of the pouches, a huge zipper in the very middle of the wallet. it's wallet perfection.

anyway, i loved the embossed hobos they brought out this year for the sale, but i couldn't pass up the classic metallic hobo! it was such a good deal on a color i knew would go with everything.

this tunic is SUCH a must for everyone's closet. not only is it flattering on everyone (still trying to lose baby weight here!) but it's a super good deal too. i bought an olive green from last year's sale and i wore it to death. the white is pretty sheer so i'd go for one of the darker colors. it runs a little big too, so size down.

this jacket was another top pick of mine from the presale. it's way less than a real leather jacket but looks and feels like one! the fit is super soft and it runs true to size. these are SO much cuter in person than they were in the stock photos.

super sad that these rag & bone skinnies are almost gone because they are so cute and flattering.

but here's a great little tip! THESE jeans, even though they aren't part of the anniversary sale, are the same fit (rag & bone ‘the skinny') but available in all sizes and ON SALE! the perfect amount of distressing too in my opinion.
